Okami Capital, Corp. (“Okami”) protects the personal data you share with us through okamicapital.co, in accordance with Panama’s Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulation, Executive Decree 285 of 2021.

What data we collect and why

We collect the data you send us through the contact form or by email, such as your name, company, position, email address and phone number. We use it to respond to your inquiries, arrange meetings and send you proposals when you request them. The site only uses the technical cookies it needs to function and a cookieless analytics tool that collects anonymous, aggregated data, as described in our Cookie policy.

Who we share it with

Okami does not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the technology providers that serve us, under confidentiality obligations, or with an authority when required by law.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or receive it in a portable format. To do so, write to contacto@okamicapital.co. If you believe your request was not properly addressed, you may contact Panama’s Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI).
